To continue to drive this growth we are looking to appoint a Social Media Manager to oversee all social media initiatives to build on our customer engagement, enhance brand consistency and further develop positive customer experiences. This includes creating, improving and maintaining content across all social channels. You will be accountable for building and executing the social media strategy, sharing content to raise brand awareness, improve web traffic and drive engagement on our socials, converting our customers into lifelong fans.

You will be an experienced professional, a real storyteller, with demonstrable creative writing skills. You will also have demonstrated experience of growing social audiences through a range of partnerships, promotional and marketing activity. As a Social Media Manager, you will perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. You have a creative flair and know-how to create a spark!

Job requirements

What you will do at Prezzee:

  • Build and execute the social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and engages our customers.
  • Management of the social media content calendar.
  • Act as a brand ambassador on our social channels.
  • Work with influencers to grow Prezzee’s brand presence and followers.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of our social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with our brand.
  • Set up, and manage a social media listening tool to draw insights on social media performance and consumer conversations.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the learnings.

On the technical side, you have:

  • Proven work experience in Social Media Management.
  • Superior writing and editing skills as well strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experienced in social media content creation across multiple creative formats that engage our buyer personas.
  • Demonstrated experience growing social audiences through a range of partnerships, promotional and marketing activity.
  • Knowledge of social analytics, SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Excellent writing skills, and an art for story telling.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with online marketing, general knowledge across all marketing channels.
  • Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or relevant field.
